After your session make sure you take care of yourself, you will still be healing, often for the next few days, in some cases a week.
Below are a few tips/advice after your session:
- Immediately after your session, you may find that you’ll still be in your introspective zone, so if you are heading home after the Reiki session take extra care crossing roads, make sure you are fully ready before you drive.
- Drink plenty of water – when the body relaxes it promotes healing, release of tension and toxins that had built up in the body is released into the bloodstream, therefore, you need the water to help flush it out.
- Remember to be kind to yourself and practice the techniques and exercises recommended to you.
